Brian Maguire Obituary

Brian P. Maguire, 57, of Framingham and formerly of Southborough, died Monday, January 21, 2019 after suddenly being stricken ill at home.

He was the son of the late Maureen (McNamara) and Austin ‘Red’ Maguire.

Brian was a 1979 graduate of Algonquin Regional High School of Northborough and worked for the Mass Pike for a number of years before he worked for Tommy’s Taxi of Framingham, where he never missed a day of work in 18 years.  He was an avid Boston sports fan, especially the Red Sox.

He is survived by his siblings, Michael Maguire and his wife, Linda of Southborough; Katy Bellemare and her husband, Guy of Worcester;  Maureen Nicolas and her husband, Brian of Spencer;  8 nieces and nephews, Dylan Maguire; Craig and Sarah Bellemare; Samantha and Troy Nicolas; Kristy and John Maguire; 2 great nephews, Anthony and Aidan; and a great niece, Layla.

He is predeceased by his brother John Maguire.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 25, at 11 am at St Anne Church, 20 Boston Road, Southborough.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, January 24, from 4:30 to 7:30 pm at the Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main Street, Southborough.
