To the Leger Family,
My heart and thoughts are with you at this very difficult time.  Your mom was one of the most giving people I have met.  She was always there with, "Oh sure... I can do that!".  And she always helped out friends, the Scouts, and family whenever asked.  I know the past few years have been very difficult for you all.  But, she is at peace now.  I feel very blessed that I knew her.  Hugs to you all at this very difficult time.  You are all in our prayers.

Helen was a dear friend and "birthday buddy" to my husband, who also had ALS.   She was one day younger!   Her caring and friendship was a gift to both of us.  I will be thinking of and praying for all of her friends and family.  I believe that she and Allen have finally met and are watching over all of us.

Sending prayers of peace and comfort to the Grimm/Leger Family. Helen was a beautiful woman who fought the Beast and WON! She will be greatly missed by her TEA Family. Tears of sadness stream down my face but knowing she is soaring with the Angels brings me peace.
I love you and will miss you most of all,
Toto

Knowing Helen only for a short while, the one thing I will remember is her resiliency.  She seemed to conquer her days with incredible passion. My prayers to her children and extended family.  I am very blessed to have known such a creative person.

My deepest sympathy to Helen's loved ones.  Helen and I were classmates from kindergarten through high school. Kindered spirts of sorts sharing the same birhtday.  As little girls we often giggled about that similarity.
